Our Mission

Jack exists to connect customers with reliable hauling professionals in a safe, respectful, and trustworthy environment. Every member of our community — customers, drivers, and employees — plays a role in maintaining that standard.

By using Jack, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines.

1. Treat Everyone with Respect

All users are expected to:

  • Communicate professionally and courteously.
  • Treat others with dignity and respect.
  • Resolve disagreements calmly and respectfully.
  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations.

The following behavior is prohibited:

  • Harassment, bullying, or intimidation.
  • Threats of violence.
  • Hate speech or discriminatory conduct.
  • Abusive, obscene, or offensive language directed at another person.

2. Safety Comes First

Safety is our highest priority.

Drivers must:

  • Operate vehicles safely and legally.
  • Maintain valid licenses, registrations, and insurance as required.
  • Follow all traffic laws.
  • Never perform services while impaired by drugs or alcohol.

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate information about jobs and locations.
  • Ensure work environments are reasonably safe and accessible.
  • Follow any safety instructions provided by drivers.

3. Honest Job Listings

Customers must:

  • Accurately describe items, quantities, locations, and service needs.
  • Disclose known hazards or unusual conditions.
  • Provide truthful photos and information when requested.

Misrepresenting a job may result in additional charges, cancellation, or account action.

4. Prohibited Items

Jack may not be used to transport, remove, store, or dispose of:

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances.
  • Stolen property.
  • Firearms or weapons where prohibited by law.
  • Hazardous materials requiring special permits or handling.
  • Explosives, toxic chemicals, or other dangerous substances.
  • Any item prohibited by applicable law.

Users are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws.

5. Protect Property

All community members should:

  • Respect the property of others.
  • Avoid intentional damage.
  • Report accidents or incidents promptly.

Intentional property damage, theft, or vandalism may result in immediate removal from the platform.

6. No Fraud or Deception

Users may not:

  • Create fake accounts.
  • Provide false identification.
  • Manipulate ratings or reviews.
  • Engage in scams or deceptive practices.
  • Circumvent platform fees or payment systems.

Trust is essential to the Jack community.

7. Privacy and Personal Information

Respect the privacy of others. Do not:

  • Share another person's personal information without permission.
  • Use information obtained through Jack for unrelated marketing or solicitation.
  • Record or photograph individuals without consent where prohibited by law.

8. Payments and Transactions

All payments should be handled through approved Jack payment channels unless otherwise authorized. Users must:

  • Pay agreed-upon charges.
  • Avoid chargeback abuse.
  • Communicate honestly regarding disputes.

9. Reporting Concerns

If you experience or witness conduct that violates these guidelines, report it to Jack immediately. We review reports and may investigate:

  • Safety concerns.
  • Fraud.
  • Harassment.
  • Property damage.
  • Other violations of these guidelines.

10. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

  • Warnings.
  • Temporary account suspension.
  • Removal of specific platform privileges.
  • Permanent account deactivation.
  • Referral to law enforcement when appropriate.

Jack reserves the right to take action whenever necessary to protect the safety, integrity, and trust of the community.
